Dynamics GP 2013 Won't Start

Hi

I have installed Dynamics GP 2013 on my windows server 2012 essentials, I have also have installed SQL server 2012 standard. When I go to run the GP Utilities icon to setup the program, it wont let me login. I have tried all the passwords that I can think of, I have also reset the 'SA' password & it still doesn't work.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. :(
