Hi, maybe someone has an idea what's behind this.
I have a setup with Dyn CRM Online + Office 365&Outlook. Everything on latest version. Contacts are being synchronized to Outlook via CRM for Outlook.
Once the organization has been configured the synchronization happens without any problems. The contacts sync into Outlook.
Then some time passes (about a couple hours after my last test) and the contacts in Outlook become "un-tracked" i.e. the icon next to contact isn't the people icon anymore but becomes the regular outlook contact icon signifying the contact isn't being tracked.
Upon choosing a contact to "Track in CRM" the system detects duplicate - which is expected.
I've done this test twice. Last time deleted the CRM organization and recreated in the CRM Configuration Wizard, the same happened.
I've got no clue where to begin to solve this. Any ideas?
