Report Formatting Problems after Update

I went from UR2 to UR12 and somewhere along the way, the formatting of my custom reports changed.  The reports are for generating invoices and quotes to send to customers so the formatting is important and after the update, none of the text boxes are aligned properly.  The reports all look good in VS 2008 and they used to look good in CRM before the update.  Anyone else experience this?
