SAVE & NEW button gone from CRM 2016 Update 1 (Order Product form)

I just opened up Ribbon Workbench 2016 and the Save & New button is there, however, since the update, the button is gone.

So in the command, I see that it's hidden based on certain rules. I deleted the rules and when saving the form, I get an error 'The parent id is missing.'.
