How can we track third party venders(Contact type) who are working for us and not a member of our organization

I have created some resources of type contact but they are not able to sign in to field service mobile app(provided by RASCO.net) because only users can sign in to mobile app.

Should i create portal for contacts to interact with workorders and further process.

Please let me know the solution.
