I need to mass update several appointments to have a new owner. CRM won't allow me to do this for completed appointments since they are Read Only.
I was thinking of making a workflow to reopen the appointment, update the owner and then close it again. The problem is that I think this will mess up the completed date since it will reflect the date that I reclose it.
Should I try importing the Owner over these records?
