Hello,
I've a requirement that whenever an email is sent out from CRM 2016 (On-Premise with Email Router) to the outside user, we want to know whether the email has successfully delivered (kinda notification) or not. Also, if any email has bounced back, that should also be notified to the sender in CRM.
Would anyone of you please suggest me the way to achieve this functionality. y.
