Report Writer - Payroll Advice Slips display unique rates for pay code

I'm very green to Report Writer.  We're using Dynamics GP 2016 and my predecessor modified the canned reports in report writer.

But what i'm hoping to do is modify our current report to display unique pay rates for each pay code.  For example in week 1 you may have worked 30 hours @ $10/hr in week 2 using the same pay code you may have worked 30 hours @12/hr.  And we'd like to display that on our payroll advice slips.

My question is, how would I go about modifying the report to show each unique pay rate paid in the pay period for each pay code?  Does anyone have any instructions on how they may have tackled this at their organization?
