Hi,
I have made a new project in Ax 20120102-2 and created a new MS project plan by clicking on the MS Project button. In the project plan i added only one task "test" which takes 8 hours of work in total. The duration of the task is 4 days. Each day 2 hours. This is done by setting the units field of the task to 25%.
After publishing it to Ax it is perfectly synchronized with Ax. 4 reservations of two hours. This is perfect!
The moment the project plan is reopened you can see that it is, at first, still correct, but when the dynamics publishing process has finished the task has been changed to 2 hours of work and the units field of the task has been set to 100%. This totally messes the project plan up and is in my opinion a bug.
If I had other tasks, that have this task as predecessor, the auto scheduling feature of the plan would be ruined. These tasks would get a constraint to start no earlier than 4 days after the start of the predecessor.
