Multiple Forms in One Entity - CRM Online Fall'13

Hi,

Maximum how many multiple forms can be created in one entity?

We have created a custom entity to save certain info of 3 customers everyday.  Some fields for these customers will be different than the other.  We are thinking to create 3 separate forms for each customer in this entity.  Please advise whether this is a viable solution?
