My company uses the Field Service module in Dynamics 365 and I'm having a hard time finding documentation that details how to customize the Schedule Board in meaningful ways.
In the Create A Resource Booking form, accessible via the Schedule Board, in the list of Booking Requirements, I'd like to display the Name of the Service Account from the Work Order related to the Booking requirement.
Is it possible to add this data as a column to the Create A Resource Booking form? Any advice?
