SURE STEP
I understand that it is a comprehensive customer engagement methodology describing the processes and disciplines necessary to implement Microsoft Dynamics products (quoting from Microsoft guide). However, there is another strong perception about Sure Step that says:
- " ... it slows down the implementation process ..."
- "Why we need Sure Step and Why not Scrum?"
- " Do we really need a methodology specially when the client is just a POC shop i.e. building Proof of Concepts for the needs from different line of businesses?"
Any comments or suggestions are welcome!
