Hi Experts
I need some help on sending invoice email when the case closed. what i did, I can send invoice email when i go to the invoice entity and triggered on one field to send an email with attachment(used documents core pack to get some data on the invoice entity) and i selected the invoice entity on the workflow.
And my problem
-When i tried to make a workflow and adding a condition using some fields on the case/incident entity it did not interact/triggered maybe the entity that i was selected workflow was invoice?
also i made another workflow and i selected case entity on the workflow and then create invoice record but i got an error regarding on the attachment since i selected entity on the attachment was invoice and the entity that im using was case. Sorry i dont know how to compose a question.
