Regenerating payslip Canadian payroll

I'm trying to regenerate the payslip from CPY30260 table - Canadian payroll.

In many cases an employee could have a zero OT in the current payslip but the YTD has value from pervious batches. 

I still want to show the YTD in current payslip.

In that particular case the OT pay code with zero value for that particular employee/batch is not showing in CP30260

I thought it might be in CPY10160 which YTD paycode but for some reason this table does not even include all batches which are showing in CPY30260

Appreciate any hint.
