Add Existing Contact button behavior changes in D365 when compare to CRM 2011

In CRM 2011 ,If we try to add a contact by Clicking on "Add Existing Contact " button and the selected contact already has a primary Account an alert will be shown.

"This record cannot be added because it already has a parent record" But in D365 the behavior complete changed.

How to get the same behavior in D365
