I am currently running on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 UR17, and having issues in producing a mail merge.
When I try to select a template from the lookup field (magnifying glass), the lookup field is not being populated.
I can still type in the lookup field, and it matches fine, but unable to select manually from the lookup popup.
The same issue also occurs when assigning a record, where selecting using the magnifying glass does not work, but typing in works.
Any ideas?
