Customize Sub report

Hello,

is there any possibility to customize Sub-report.rdl of invoice, order or quote? I hae downloaded sub report to BIDS and edited it, but when I try to upload it back to CRM Online I got errors. Is there any other solution? I want only change colors of sub report and add our company logo.
