NAV 2013 + CRM Online + Office 365

Hi forum,

I wonder if it is possible to go for an "all-in" on the online strategy, having 2013 hosted (is MS going to do this - like CRM online + office 365 - or is this only for partners?)

Thus, having NAV 2013 hosted somewhere and having Office 365 (some E plan may be required?) and having the CRM Online hosted and connected with NAV 2013 via the CRM Connector?

I would happily go for an "all hosted by MS" scenario but is willing to go for a partner solution or partly partner solution if that is the only possible scenario.

What are the components needed, how do I get those and what is the pricing?

PS. NAV 2009 is the current installation.
