Is it possible to remove (or hide) users from Gamification or at least update user info?
There could be several reasons for this, eg:
- Someones lastname has changed in CRM, but this is not reflected in Gamification
- There were some users with a wrong mail address. The address is changed in the AD and CRM. Result is that those users are now doubled in Gamification, once with the previous (wrong) email address and once with the correct address.
- Someone left the company and is no longer a CRM user, but still in the user list of Gamification.
