Sorry if this has been posted, but I wasn't able to find any answers about this topic in the community.
The problem we are having is that some contacts in CRM are not being synced/downloaded into Outlook. These contacts were showing before, but now they are not appearing. I went through the Audit Summary view and have associated the contacts that aren't syncing show Disassociate Entities under them. From the looks of it this may have been caused when we did a duplicate bulk deletion. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Also how would I resolve the problem with the contacts not syncing into outlook? Any guidance would be helpful thanks, if more information is needed please let me know.
