Timeout based on business days in workflows

I have a workflow which has a timeout condition. (3 days after a certain field in the entity on which the workflow is running). Is it possible to make this timeout
based on business days? That is if the process is executing today(Thursday), based on original condition, it will timeout till Sunday. Now with business days
it should timeout till next week Tuesday(excluding Saturday and Monday)?
Is it possible?
